  • Cinnamon stick one inch
  • cloves 2-3
  • Cardamom green 2-3
  • Bay leaf one
  • Pinch of national dust
  • Star Anise one
  • Pipul one
  • Merry gold 2-3
  • Honey if need
  • Black pepper 6-7

Instructions
 

  • Boil water with cinnamon stick cardamom cloves star anise bay leaf black pepper merry gold pinch of jaiphal
  • Boiling point for ten minutes then strain. If you need can add honey
  • Seated for sun bath and enjoy masala tea.
