Ingredients for Masala Paneer Kofta Curry

  • Paneer 250 gms
  • Began one cup
  • Chopped green chilli two tsp
  • Chopped fresh coriander
  • Ginger paste two tsp
  • Cinnamon powder one tsp
  • Cumin powder two tsp
  • Coriander powder two tsp
  • Garamond masala powder one tsp
  • Cashew nut and poppy seeds paste half cup
  • Coconut milk one cup
  • Red chilli powder one tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Half cup curd

How to cook Masala Paneer Kofta Curry

  1. Mashed paneer with besan chopped green chilli fresh coriander cinnamon powder salt Garam masala powder.
  2. Mashed a even Doug and make ball and dipped fried. Keep separate.
  3. Add oil in a heated pan add bay leaf whole masala then add cumin powder coriander powder red chilli powder curd and salt
  4. Stir till golden brown add cashew nut and poppy seeds paste again stir
  5. Add two cup water boil till cook then add fried paneer balls. Add garam masala. At last coconut milk
  6. Now it is ready to serve. It can be serve with paratha and pulao
