  • Refine flour one cup
  • Rawa one cup
  • Oil and salt as required
  • Sprouted channa one cup
  • Masala Channa one cup
  • Lemon juice one tsp
  • CHILLI flecks and herbs as required


  • Make a smooth batter with Maida and suji add little salt and water as required
  • Add one tsp oil in a heated frying pan. Add batter when it cooked spread with masala Channa lemon juice sprouts chilli flakes herbs and salt
  • Now ready to plate and serve masala pan cake
