  • For The Dough:-
  • 250 gms plain flour maida
  • Salt
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • For Stuffing:-
  • 4 potatoes boiled , peeled and mashed
  • 2 tbsp besan bengal gram flour
  • 1 tsp grated ginger adrak
  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • Onion -2 medium size chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander dhania
  • 1/2 tsp dried mango powder amchur
  • Tomato-1 chopped
  • 1/2 cup Carrot Capsicum, Bean finely chopped
  • Oil
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • Salt


  • For the dough:-
  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and knead into a soft dough, using water.
  • Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and keep aside.
  • For the stuffing:-
  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • Divide the stuffing into 4 equal portions and keep aside.
  • How to Proceed:-
  • Roll out a portion of the dough into a circle.
  • Place a portion of the stuffing at the centre and bring the edges together at the center to seal tightly
  • Roll out again into a circle, using little whole wheat flour.
  • Heat a tava and cook each paratha, using little oil, till golden brown spots appear on both the sides. Serve hot with green sauce or tomato ketchup.
