Ingredients
 

  • Dough for the
  • 250 gm Flour maida
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • Stuffing for
  • 4 Potatoes boiled , peeled and mashed
  • 2 tbsp Besan bengal gram flour
  • 1 tsp Grated Ginger adrak
  • 2 Green Chillies chopped
  • 2 Onion medium size chopped
  • 1/4 cup Coriander dhania chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Dry Mango Powder amchur dried
  • 1 Tomato chopped
  • 1/2 cup Carrot capsicum, bean finely chopped
  • Oil
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
 

  • For the dough:-
  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and knead into a soft dough, using water.
  • Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and keep aside.
  • For the stuffing:-
  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • Divide the stuffing into 4 equal portions and keep aside.
  • How to Proceed:-
  • Roll out a portion of the dough into a circle.
  • Place a portion of the stuffing at the centre and bring the edges together at the center to seal tightly
  • Roll out again into a circle, using little whole wheat flour.
  • Heat a tava and cook each paratha, using little oil, till golden brown spots appear on both the sides. Serve hot with green sauce or tomato ketchup.
