Masala Mughlai Paratha

Ingredients
- For The Dough:-
- 250 gms plain flour maida
- Salt
- 3 tbsp Oil
- For Stuffing:-
- 4 potatoes boiled , peeled and mashed
- 2 tbsp besan bengal gram flour
- 1 tsp grated ginger adrak
- 2 green chillies chopped
- Onion -2 medium size chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander dhania
- 1/2 tsp dried mango powder amchur
- Tomato-1 chopped
- 1/2 cup Carrot Capsicum, Bean finely chopped
- Oil
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Salt
Instructions
- For the dough:-
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and knead into a soft dough, using water.
- Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and keep aside.
- For the stuffing:-
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Divide the stuffing into 4 equal portions and keep aside.
- How to Proceed:-
- Roll out a portion of the dough into a circle.
- Place a portion of the stuffing at the centre and bring the edges together at the center to seal tightly
- Roll out again into a circle, using little whole wheat flour.
- Heat a tava and cook each paratha, using little oil, till golden brown spots appear on both the sides. Serve hot with green sauce or tomato ketchup.
