Idli is a most popular cuisine of south indian. Adding with extra spice that is gun powder it becomes more tasty. Making fluffy idli is also a challenge. So let us start masala idli. I am going to cook instant idli.
Madras chutney powder which is known as gun powder. It is made by roasted urad dal, roasted Channa dal, red chili and salt. You can grind and keep the powder dry. It can be used with rice, dosa and idli. When you need just make a paste with ghee.
