  • 250 gms paneer
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 2 tsp onion paste
  • 2 tsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 cup Roasted besan
  • 2 tsp roasted rice powder
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
How to cook?
  1. Cut paneer into round pieces. Paneer should be marinated with curd salt turmeric powder red chilli powder cumin powder onion past
  2. Make a batter with roasted besan roasted rice flour salt cumin powder chilli powder
  3. Now get ready to shallow fry. Add oil in a heated pan.
  4. Dip marinated paneer pieces into the batter and shallow fry.
