- 250 gms paneer
- 1/2 cup Curd
- 2 teaspoon onion paste
- 2 teaspoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 cup Roasted besan
- 2 teaspoon roasted rice powder
- 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- Salt

- Cut paneer into round pieces. Paneer should be marinated with curd salt turmeric powder red chilli powder cumin powder onion past
- Make a batter with roasted besan roasted rice flour salt cumin powder chilli powder
- Now get ready to shallow fry. Add oil in a heated pan.
- Dip marinated paneer pieces into the batter and shallow fry.
