Instructions
- Boil the dal in 2 ½ cups of water. Add salt and haldi too.
- Cook in pressure cooker for 2-3 whistles. When it is boiled, mash the soft dal softly.
- Give Tadka-Heat the oil. Add the jeera.
- When the jeera splutters, add the red chili. Spread this on the hot dal.
- While serving, add the black pepper powder and amchoor. Serve with Mini Puris.
