Ingredients for Masala Arvi With Karaunda

  • 250 gms arvi.
  • 4 tsp onion paste
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp asafoetida
  • Salt to taste
  • 7-8 karaunda
  • 1/2 tsp mango powder

How to cook Masala Arvi With Karaunda

  1. Boil arvi cut into pieces. Now add oil in a heated frying pan add onion paste, ginger garlic paste, seed less karaunda and stir fry.
  2. Add asafoetida, salt, red chilli powder, curry powder, sprinkle water to mix the masala. Add mango powder. Serve with fresh coriander leaves.
