Ingredients
  

  • For the smoothie - 1 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • For toppings -
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup if required

Instructions
 

  • Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
  • Sprinkle the toppings over the smoothie.
  • Garnish and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Instead of mango, one can go for a banana + strawberry combination. Even ripe papaya is great in a smoothie bowl.
