After having mango shots from coffee day my daughter said she needs that again at home .. do have try with fresh fruits icecream and whip cream

Ingredients
- Mangoes - 1 big ripe n sweet
- Icecream - 4 scoops
- Whipped cream -. 1cup
- Sugar as per taste
- Milk - little

Instructions
- Blend chopped mangoes with vannila icecream n little milk without changing its consistency..mixture should be thick..
- Whip cream , by adding 1 tbspn of icing sugar until stiff peaks are formed with little vannila essence n keep aside
- Findly Chop n keep ripe sweet mangoes aside
- Take a glass to be served .. put mango mixture n whipped cream in separate piping bag
- And cut the bottom little big or use nozzle
- Now alternatively arrange the mango mixture n whipped. Cream in a glass till top .. n decorate it with fresh mangoes or with will cream itself
- N serve chill .. you will love it
Notes
Do not add more milk n make make mixture loose .. add milk very little by little without loosing its stiffness
