In this mango season mangoes are flooded in the market. Let us enjoy mango shake. If you don’t like milk so make the shake with curd. Ripe mango is already sweet need not add extra sugar. I added honey to make it healthy.
Yield / Serves
250 gram low fat curd
1 cup mango puree
2 tbsp honey
Mango cubes for garnishing
Make the mango puree with fresh mango.
Put curd in the mixture grinder.
Add mango puree and mix until become froth.
Put ice cubes into the glass and add honey. Now pour the mango shake. Garnish with mango cubes and mint.
