Ingredients & Quantity
  • milk 2 cup
  • milk powder 2 cup
  • ghee 1/2 cup
  • sugar as per taste
  • kewda water 1 tbsp
  • chopped nuts 1 tbsp
  • mango puree 1 cup
  • cardamom powder 1 tsp
How to cook?
  1. mix milk,milk powder and ghee and churn in mixer
  2. boil in a heavy bottom pan stir continusly till become thick cnsistency
  3. now add chopped nuts,mango puree,cardamom powder and sugar cook it for 5 minute more
  4. turn off the flame now.
  5. add kevda water and serve chilled.
