Ingredients
  

  • milk l liter
  • ripe mango pulp 1 cup
  • sugar 2 tbsp
  • raisins1 tbsp
  • soaked rice 2 tbsp
  • corn flour 1 tsp
  • crushed almonds 1 tsp
  • cardamom powder 1 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Wash and soak the rice for half an hour and make a paste. Boil milk in a thick bottom vessel. Once boiled keep it in a low flame. Add rice paste and corn flour in a half cup of cold milk and mix well. Stir in between thickening the milk.
  • Cook well till it gets thick . Add sugar and cardamom powder. Once cooled,add mango pulp and mix well. Garnish with crushed almonds and raisins.
