Ingredients
- milk l liter
- ripe mango pulp 1 cup
- sugar 2 tbsp
- raisins1 tbsp
- soaked rice 2 tbsp
- corn flour 1 tsp
- crushed almonds 1 tsp
- cardamom powder 1 tsp

Instructions
- Wash and soak the rice for half an hour and make a paste. Boil milk in a thick bottom vessel. Once boiled keep it in a low flame. Add rice paste and corn flour in a half cup of cold milk and mix well. Stir in between thickening the milk.
- Cook well till it gets thick . Add sugar and cardamom powder. Once cooled,add mango pulp and mix well. Garnish with crushed almonds and raisins.
