Mango Mojito (Non-Alcoholic)
An alchohol free mango mojito recipe which is easy and quick to prepare and yields the most refreshing drink. Refreshing drink to beat the scorching heat. Perfect summer drink.
- Mango - 1 large riped
- Sugar - 2 tbsp or as per the taste
- Mint leaves - 8-10 leaves
- Club soda - 1-1Â½ cups
- Lime juice of 2 lemons
- Ice cubes as required
- Peel the mango and blend them into a fine puree
- In a large jar add the sugar, mint leaves and lime juice and muddle till the sugar dissolves.
- Add some ice cubes, mango puree and club soda and stir well.
- Pour in individual serving glass, top up with ice cubes, garnish with lime slice and mint leaves and serve.
