Ingredients
- Ripe mango puree one cup
- Cottage cheese one cup
- Refine flour half cup
- Green cardamom powder half tsp
- Baking powder half tsp
- Kaiser sugar syrup

Instructions
- Mashed properly cottage cheese add mango puree add flour baking powder and cardamom
- Make a smooth dough spread again and again. Make small ball shaped like string and round fold twice and half
- Now keep all the jalebi in freeze for 15 minutes. Then dip fry
- Now dip in cool syrup kept one hour and serve
