I made the mango ice-cream with mango puree and coconut cream. I added banana to make it soft and added nuts to make the ice-cream more tasty.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mango puree
  • 1/2 cup. Coconut cream
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp grated cashew nuts
  • 1 tbsp grated walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Take a mixing jar add mango puree, coconut cream, banana, grated nuts and vanilla extract.
  • Blend the mixed ingredients it will look like a smooth Bater. Then pour into a icecream mould.

  • Keep in deep fridge for 6-8 hours. After then serve your kids and family.
