Ingredients
- Mangoes -2nos big ripe
- Fresh cream - 200ml
- Sugar - 1/2cup + 1tbspn for extra sweetness
- Cardamon powder - 1/4tsp
- V.essence - 1/2tsp
- Milk - 5tbspn.
- Tuttyfrutti - 5tbsp or as your choice n colour

Instructions
- Chop mangoes &Add mango sugar n cardmon powder and grind well.
- In a bowl take fresh cream and whip it till soft peak. Add in mango mixture mix well until combined
- Add in milk and beat till soft and mix it with tutti frutti.
- Pour it in a good container with lid or aluminium tin n cover it with aluminium foil.
- Freeze it for 45min take it out mix well with hand beater make it smooth. Transfer it again into freezer do the same procedure after 45min , and 3-4 times.
- Now leave it for more than 6 hours your Icecream is ready to eat.
- Before serving transfer it out from fridge for sometime and then serve it.
Notes
Leave it till it sets n serve
Can add more sugar if needed
