Yield / Serves
Ripe Mangoes - 2 large
Thick Yogurt - Â½ cup
Honey - 2-3 tbsp
Colourful sprinkles for garnish (optional)
Peel the mangoes and cut them into cubes. Put in a Zip lock bag and freeze them for 3-4 hours.
Take the frozen mangoes, yogurt, honey and blend them till smooth and creamy.
Now freeze them in a freezer for 3-4 hours again.
Remove from freezer, scoop it, garnish with colourful sprinklers and serve.
You can use sugar in place of honey but sugar forms ice crystal. Using honey gives a smooth and creamy texture.
