This is my innovation. I just tried it . And came out yummy

  • Boneless chicken 300 gm
  • Curd 100 gm
  • Cream 100 gm
  • Raw mango 3
  • Dried fenawgreek 1/2 tspn
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tspn
  • Salt
  • Butter 3 tspn
  • Oil 2 tspn


  • clean and wash chicken pieces. Peel raw mango and cut it into pieces then grind it well . Take a big mixing bawl add curd . Raw mango paste chicken and salt mix well and let it aside for 3 hrs . In a pan add butter and oil .

  • Add chicken mixture along with marinade. Let it cover and cook it for 15 minuets. Add cream . Black pepper powder.fenugreek leaves ( crushed ) . Cook it for another 15 minuets.
  • Add all the chicken mixture. Cover it and cook for 15 minuets. Add cream . Black pepper powder. Fenugreek leaves and Cook for another 15 minuets over low flame
  • It’s ready to serve . U can have it alone or it can be taken with naan or paratha.
