Turn your frozen fruit into a healthy sweet treat in just minutes. Non-dairy Banana Mango Ice Cream is an all-natural alternative to traditional ice cream.All-natural “ice cream” made from just fruit.
Yield / Serves
Bananas, peeled and cut into chunks. 1cup
Mango peeled, deseeded and chopped 2 cups
Ice cream cones, to serve (optional)
Piping bag 1No(optional)
Coloured sprinkles 1Tbsp(optional)
Place banana and mango on a baking tray and freeze for 4-5 hours or until frozen.
In a blender process banana until smooth.
Add mango and process until creamy and smooth.
Place creamy mixture in a large piping bag fitted with a 1.5cm star nozzle
Pipe into cones sprinkle few coloured sprinkles and serve immediately.
- Any frozen fruit can be used .
- My fruits are enough sweet ,so i didn’t use honey.Use according to your taste.
- If ice -cream cones are not available serve in bowls.
