About Malvani Fish Fry
Very few things come close to being as delicious and comforting as fried fish. A simple masala flavours the fish brilliantly and the rice flour coating makes it crisp when after fried. A crunchy golden brown exterior and soft flavourful fish inside – this Malvani fish fry is a perfect starter. Along with some varan bhaat it makes great main course too!
