cottage cheese prepared with mali (top of boiled milk)
- cut the paneer in cubs. heat the ghee/clarified butter add cumin seeds, as they pop add ginger,garlic and onion paste, saute it
- now add turmeric,red chili powder,coriander powder cook the masala for 5 minute, add tomato puree ,let cook the all apices till oil separates.
- add malai and paneer stir well . add 1 cup of water ,cook it for 5 minute more .add garam masala and switch the flame. garnish with coriander
you can add curd instead of tomato puree
