Cut the washed mushrooms in halves .
Take 1 tbs ghee on a non stick pan , add the mushroom and cook it on a low flame till it is soft .
Then add all the dry fruits and fry it for another 2 minutes.
Boil milk with cloves , cardamom and rice in a heavy
Bottomed pan while stirring it continuously till it is reduced to half of its quantity.
Add the cooked mushrooms with dry fruits .
Add sugar and simmer till the mushroom is cooked while stirring continuously add saffron mix it well .
Serve hot or chilled ,garnished with caramelized mushrooms .
