Ingredients
- 1 ltr Milk
- 2 tbsp Rice (gobind vog)
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 2 Cardamom (nos)
- 2 cloves 2 Nos (nos)
- 75 Button Mushroom (gr)
- 1 tbsp Desi Ghee
- 8 Cashewnuts 8 Nos (cashewnuts nos)
- 8 Raisins (nos)
- 2 tbsp Munnaka 2 Tbs (munnaka)
- 3 Decoration (or mushroom caramelized mushroom for nos)
- 1 pinch Saffron (or milk dissolved in milk)

Instructions
- Cut the washed mushrooms in halves . Take 1 tbs ghee on a non stick pan , add the mushroom and cook it on a low flame till it is soft . Then add all the dry fruits and fry it for another 2 minutes. Boil milk with cloves , cardamom and rice in a heavy
- Bottomed pan while stirring it continuously till it is reduced to half of its quantity. Add the cooked mushrooms with dry fruits . Add sugar and simmer till the mushroom is cooked while stirring continuously add saffron mix it well .
- Serve hot or chilled ,garnished with caramelized mushrooms .
