  • 1 ltr Milk
  • 2 tbsp Rice gobind vog
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 Cardamom nos
  • 2 cloves 2 Nos nos
  • 75 Button Mushroom gr
  • 1 tbsp Desi Ghee
  • 8 Cashewnuts 8 Nos cashewnuts nos
  • 8 Raisins nos
  • 2 tbsp Munnaka 2 Tbs munnaka
  • 3 Decoration or mushroom caramelized mushroom for nos
  • 1 pinch Saffron or milk dissolved in milk


  • Cut the washed mushrooms in halves . Take 1 tbs ghee on a non stick pan , add the mushroom and cook it on a low flame till it is soft . Then add all the dry fruits and fry it for another 2 minutes. Boil milk with cloves , cardamom and rice in a heavy

  • Bottomed pan while stirring it continuously till it is reduced to half of its quantity. Add the cooked mushrooms with dry fruits . Add sugar and simmer till the mushroom is cooked while stirring continuously add saffron mix it well .
  • Serve hot or chilled ,garnished with caramelized mushrooms .
