This is a North Indian dish which is served with roti, in this recipe I have used cashew nuts an almonds which gives a rich flavors to the dish an the garam masalas aroma. This dish can be made in daily basis or on occasions.

Ingredients
- 1 slab cottage cheese paneer (250 gm)
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
- Salt as per taste
- 2 cup Oil for frying
- 10 -15 cashews
- 10 -15 almonds
- 3 green chili
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon kasturi methi
- 1 elachi
- 1 dalchini
- 3 cloves
- 1 pineapple flower
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves chopped
- pinch turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup milk cream

Instructions
- In a bowl add paneer crumble it nicely, add a pinch of salt, pinch of garam masala, coriander leaves, cornflour and mix well.
- Make small balls and deep fry them and keep aside.
- In a mixer grind cashew nuts, almonds, green chillies, elachi, cloves, dalchini, pineapple flower, ginger garlic paste, milk and grind into a fine paste.
- In another pan, add butter, fry kasturi methi, add pinch of turmeric powder and mix well, add the grinded paste in step 2 and mix well.
- Add salt to taste. Add milk cream on low flame and mix well. Add the koftas to the gravy and serve.
Notes
- In this recipe if you want you can make the gravy by frying onions and tomatoes and then grinding it. You will get an orange paste.
- Orange gravy can be used in making butter paneer masala as well.
- It is a natural orange color.
- For koftas if you want you can use potatoes stuffing or you can use vegetables like carrots, beans, potatoes, paneer and bread.
