This is a North Indian dish which is served with roti, in this recipe I have used cashew nuts an almonds which gives a rich flavors to the dish an the garam masalas aroma. This dish can be made in daily basis or on occasions.
In this recipe if you want you can make the gravy by frying onions an tomatoes an then grind it. You would get orange paste. An if you want you can use tandoori color. orange gravy can be used in making butter panneer masala.
