Makke Ki Roti And Sarso Ka Sag Tacos

makke ki roti and sarso ka sag is basic recipe from punjab state . . i have done one innovation with it and made makee ki roti and sarso ka sag tacos . i jave addes cottage cheese to the sarso ka sag for alternative of cheese .

Ingredients
- for tacos sheets- makke ka atta maize flour - 2cup
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup finely chopped coraonder leaves
- Salt
- oil for frying
- for sarso ka sag - 100 grm sarso / mustard leaves
- 100 grm spinach leaves
- 2-3 green chiliis
- 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 100 grm paneer / cottage cheese in cubes
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 finely chooped tomatoes for garnishing
- some grated paneer for garnishing
- oil for cooking

Instructions
- first for taco shells - take makke ka atta and APF in a big bowl , add some coriander leaves ,salt as er taste and 2 tsp oil . mix all ingredinets well and make a hard dough . keep this aside for about 10 minutes .
- now take a dough and make small equal size balls with this dough . take one ball and roll it with roller pin and make small disc . repeat this process with remaining balls .
- take a pan ,add oil ,when oil is getting hot,put these disc into oil . when disc is getting half fried turn these disc with spatula and give taco shape . tacos shells are ready . keep them aside .
- now for sarso ka sag - wash sarso leaves and spinach leaves properly . take water in a big pot ,when water starts boiling ,add sarso and spinachleaves and cook for 8-10 minutes . take out these leaves from water and transfer them into chilled water .
- take out leaves from chilled water after 5 minutes and grind them along with green chilli and make fine paste . keep this aiside .
- in a pan take 1tbsp oil , add cumin seeds ,add ginger garlic paste . saute it for 2 minutes . now add paneer cubes . then add turmeric powder , red chilli powder , garam masala powder , corinander powder and salt as per taste .
- now add sarso and spinach paste and cook for 3-4 minutes . turn off the gas sarso ka sag is ready .
- for serving - take tacos shell and put sarso ka sag in the bottom of the shell . topped it with chopped tomatoes . sprinkle some grated paneer . makke ki roti and sarso ka sag tacos are ready to serve .
