Ingredients
- 3 Eggs (boiled)
- 3 piece Potato
- 1 tbsp Tomato Puree
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
- 2/4 tsp Cinnamon Powder
- 1/4 tsp Coconut Cream
- 2 tbsp Coconut Cream
- 1 tsp cashews (or paste paste)
- Green Chillies
- 2 tbsp Mustard Oil
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

Instructions
- Shallow fry the boiled eggs and potato pieces with turmeric powder and salt.
- the same pan add the mixed spices which is made by coriander powder, cumin powder, ginger paste and tomato puree.
- Stir continuously add red chilli powder, salt coconut cream, cashew nuts paste and cinnamon powder.
- Stir continuously and see the gorgeous colour. Now it is ready to serve with chapati, roti, paratha, poori etc.
