  • Shallow fry the boiled eggs and potato pieces with turmeric powder and salt.
  • the same pan add the mixed spices which is made by coriander powder, cumin powder, ginger paste and tomato puree.
  • Stir continuously add red chilli powder, salt coconut cream, cashew nuts paste and cinnamon powder.
  • Stir continuously and see the gorgeous colour. Now it is ready to serve with chapati, roti, paratha, poori etc.
