Ingredients
- 3 cup instant oats
- ¼ cup walnuts
- ¼ cup almonds
- 2 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
- 2 tablespoon melon seeds
- 2 tablespoon sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoon flax seeds
- ¼ cup Kalya Premium Cocoa Powder
- ½ cup coconut sugar
- ¼ cup desiccated coconut
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- ¼ cup honey

Instructions
- Pulse walnuts and almonds in a food processor few times. This will save the effort of chopping
- Add all the seeds to the food processor bowl and pulse again just for a second or two.
- Add oats, desiccated coconut, coconut sugar, cocoa powder to food processor and pulse again to mix all the ingredients nicely. Take it out in a mixing bowl and keep aside.
- In a small pan melt the coconut oil over heat and add honey and mix well. Add this to the oats mixture and mix well, use your hands for mixing and coating all the oats with the liquid
- Bake it in a preheated oven at 140 degrees for 20 minutes, stir well and bake again for 20 more minutes
- Stir it once more and bake for 10 minutes and let it be inside the off oven after the baking time is over
- Take out cool and store in an airtight container. This will stay well up to 2 weeks at room temperature. • Enjoy the power packed granola with milk/curd or your favorite fruits.
