Ingredients for Little Finger Chips

  • 7-8 same size potatoes
  • 1 cup rice powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

How to cook Little Finger Chips

  1. Peal off the potato skin. Cut potatoes length wise and par boil.
  2. Now wrap par boiled potato with rice powder, chilli powder and salt. Keep in freeze for fifteen minutes.
  3. Heat a frying pan add oil and fry the potatoes. Spread with chat masala.
  4. Ready to serve with tea or coffee.
