Move on natural sugars even in summer desserts like popsicle n ice creams. This popsicle will definitely make you drool but will not increase tyres.

  • 1/2 kg Litchi
  • 500 ml Plain soda liquid
  • 2 cup Cucumber juice
  • 1/2 cup Mint leaves


  • Wash n peel litchis and make a not so fine puree in a grinder.
  • Add soda to this puree and fill your shot glasses half with this mixture.
  • Let it set in freezer for 1/2 hr
  • Now fill remaining half of shot glasses with mint leaves n cucumber juice.

  • Again let it set in freezer till it reaches flaky texture, place wooden stick in middle . Put it back in freezer till it completely sets.
