Ingredients
 

  • 6 leaves Lettuce
  • 2 tsp Stuffing or oil for the oil
  • 2 tsp Garlic lehsun finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger adrak finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Spring Onions with the greens chopped
  • 1/4 cup Mushrooms chopped
  • 1/4 cup Carrot finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Cabbage finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Bean Sprouts chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Chilli flakes paprika dry
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 tbsp Peanuts roasted and coarsely powdered
  • 1 tbsp Basil finely chopped fresh

Instructions
 

  • Wash the lettuce leaves, dry them on a towel and keep aside.

  • For the stuffing Heat the oil in a non-stick kadhai, add the garlic, ginger and spring onions and saute on a medium flame till the onions turn translucent. Add the mushrooms, carrots and cabbage
  • mix well and saut on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes Add the bean sprouts, paneer, lemon juice, soya sauce, salt and red chilli flakes and saut on a medium flame for another minute. Keep aside to cool.

  • Divide the stuffing into 6 equal portions and keep aside.
  • Place a lettuce leaf on a clean, flat surface and place a portion of the stuffing along one side of the leaf. Add peanuts and chopped basil over the stuffing,

  • roll it up gently and secure the roll by inserting a toothpick or tie using a spring onion green. Likewise make 5 more wraps Serve immediately

Recipe Notes

 Wash the lettuce leaves well and keep them on towel to dry at least 2 hours before making wraps. Otherwise it will be difficult to roll the wraps as the lettuce will be wet and moist.
