Ingredients & Quantity
  • Finely sliced Lemon skin. 2 cup
  • Sugar. 2 cup
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper one tsp
  • Raisin 1/2 cup
How to cook?
  1. First of all have to peal out the skin and dipped in water 4-5 hours.

  3. Clean the skin by tearing white part then finely sliced.

  5. Boiled in plain water add pinch of salt
  6. Lemon Skin Chutney
  7. Then first time you strain the water. Again add little water
  8. Water become reduce add sugar and salt keep on stir.
  9. Add raisin gradually it will become sticky and glossy. Add crushed black pepper
  10. Now it is ready to eat. Keep in a air tight container. Best before six months.
