  • Finely sliced Lemon skin. 2 cup
  • Sugar. 2 cup
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper one tsp
  • Raisin 1/2 cup

How to cook?
  1. First of all have to peal out the skin and dipped in water 4-5 hours.
