A yummy tangy pickle out of lemon.

Ingredients
- Lemon-8
- RedChillies-20
- Mustard-3 tsp
- Fenugreek-1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder-1 tsp
- Asafoetida-1 tsp
- Salt
- Sesame Oil-3 tbsp

Instructions
- Wash and pat dry all the lemons.Cut into small pieces.Place it in a clean vessel along with the juices.
- In a pan dry roast fenugreek seeds and red chillies.Powder them in a blender once cooled.
- Add this powder to the cut lemon pieces.Also add salt and turmeric powder.Mix well.
- In a small pan add sesame oil and heat.Add mustard seeds to splutter and then add asafoetida. Cool the mixture.
- Pour in the temperings to the lemon mixture.Mix well.
- Lemon Pickle is ready.Use it after 2-3 days for the proper soaking of the lemon in spices.Store in a clean ceramic pot,container or a bottle.
Notes
- Always use sesame oil for better taste.
- You can boil lemons in water and cut them into pieces and follow the same proceedure.In that case you can use them instantaneously.
- Always use a clean container for storage.
- Use a wodden spoon for taking out the pickle.
