Ingredients
- Fresh cream - 1 bowl
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Milk powder - 100 gms
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Lemon zest - 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp

Instructions
- Take a large bowl mix together milk,fresh cream,milk powder,sugar,lemon zest and lemon juice. Churn in the blender. Pour the mixture in the air tight container. Keep in the freezer for 4 - 5 hours. Yummy ice cream is ready.
