Here, I am sharing the recipe of Lemon and Coriander Hummus, you can add your favorite flavors in it to give it your personal touch.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup Chick Peas soaked over night and boiled
  • 3-4 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 bunch Coriander
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Put chickpeas, coriander, garlic and lemon juice in food processor jar and blitz till it forms a paste.
  • add some olive oil and process again, You can add a little chick peas water if it is too dry
  • Serve it topped with some olive oil and sprinkle Kashmiri Lal Mirch powder(paprika)

Recipe Notes

serve it with some banana chips, or cucumber and carrot sticks as an evening snack.
