Ingredients
- 4-5 potato boiled
- 3 roti or chappati
- 3 slices bread
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup Jagerry
- 1/4 cup tamarind pulp
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1 tsp black salt
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- Oil for frying
- 1/2 cup sev or bhujia
- 1/2 cup sprouts boiled any of your choice
- 1 tomato
- 1 onion
- 2 Green Chillies chopped

Instructions
- First cut roti and bread in traingle or any shape and deep fry till crisp or you can air fry it too.
- Then peel potato and shallow fry till crisp and season it with salt and red chilli powder.
- Roughly Chop tomato,onion and green chilli.
- For tamarind chuttney in a pan add jagery and water and then add tamrind pulp and simmer it till thicken then add salt,black salt,black pepper,cumin powder and mix.
- For serving in a plate first add potatoes and sprouts ,tomato,onion green chilli , then put roti and bread on top of it and then add tamrind chutney.
- Then sprinkle sev and chaat masala or you can also add pomegranate seeds.
Recipe Notes
- serve prepared chaat immediatley to avoid soogyness.
- You can and chapati of whole wheat flour ,multigrain flour or any else if your choice.
