  • First cut roti and bread in traingle or any shape and deep fry till crisp or you can air fry it too.
  • Then peel potato and shallow fry till crisp and season it with salt and red chilli powder.
  • Roughly Chop tomato,onion and green chilli.
  • For tamarind chuttney in a pan add jagery and water and then add tamrind pulp and simmer it till thicken then add salt,black salt,black pepper,cumin powder and mix.
  • For serving in a plate first add potatoes and sprouts ,tomato,onion green chilli , then put roti and bread on top of it and then add tamrind chutney.
  • Then sprinkle sev and chaat masala or you can also add pomegranate seeds.

Recipe Notes

  • serve prepared chaat immediatley to avoid soogyness.
  • You can and chapati of whole wheat flour ,multigrain flour or any else if your choice.
