About Lavash (Crispy Pita Bread)

Ingredients
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 7 gm yeast dry instant yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 3 cup flour maida
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 cup warm water
- 3 tbsp sesame seeds mix of black and white

Instructions
- In a bowl add yeast, sugar, warm water and mix and keep aside for 10 minutes
- In a bowl combine flour and salt and make a well in the center, add the yeast mixture and start mixing adding some water till the dough comes together.
- Knead till you get a smooth dough.
- Apply olive oil to the dough, cover and keep in a warm place till it doubles the size
- Press the dough into small portions, oil into small circles. with the help of a fork make holes and sprinkle some sesame seed. Place them on a greased baking tray.
- PRe-heat the oven to 220-degree celsius, bake the pita till crisp.(half way through, remove from the oven cut into triangles and bake till crisp again)
- Remove from the oven.
- Lavash is ready.
