- 1 cup Dosa Batter
- 1 Onion chopped
- Tomato2Chopped tomato2chopped
- 1 cup Potato dosa subji
- Oil for fry
- Coconut Chutney or sauce or green chutney sauce

Instructions
- heat non stick tawa and apply 2tbsp of dosa batter and speed not much it is like upma. Spread tomato onion and green chili. Apply oil and fry on both sides When cool take round cutter and cut upma in three four pieces
- now take round holder both side open.insert one pieceof round upma and apply 2tsp potao veg on it do the same process for three times. press it and seprate from the hoder . decorate with coconut chutney on top and serve...... we can use any other mix
