Ingredients & Quantity
  • Lady finger 1/2 kg
  • Finely chopped garlic 1/1/2 tbsp
  • Chopped green chili 1tsp
  • Chopped onion 1 tbsp
  • Finely chopped green tomato 1 tbsp optional
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp or to taste
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp+1 tsp
  • Fennel powder 1tbsp
  • Dry mango powder 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Oil oil 1 tbsp
How to cook?
  1. Wash and dry the lady finger with muslin cloth cut round .
  2. Heat the oil in wok or a pan add fenugreek seeds .
  3. Add garlic roast golden then add saute the onion .
  4. Now add dry spices and tomatoes fry then till the oil separates
  5. Add lady finger mix well with spices cover and cook for 5 minute on sim flame .
  6. Now add salt,fennel powder and mix carefully ,add lemon juice ,turn off the heat,
  7. serve hot with paratha or chapatis
