Ingredients for Labanga Latika With Paneer

  • 1 bowl refine flour
  • 1 tsp backing powder
  • 1 bowl mashed paneer
  • 1/2 cup sugar powder
  • 1/2 cup grated coconut
  • 1/2 cup milk powder
  • 1 tsp green cardamom powder
  • 10-12 clove

How to cook Labanga Latika With Paneer

  1. Make a dough with refine flour and backing powder and keep aside.
  2. Take a frying pan heat and add mashed paneer, grated coconut, sugar powder, milk powder and cardamom powder. Sauteed and mix well.
  3. Spread the dough cut into round shaped and stuff with paneer filing. Fold four sides and prick with clove. Make all dip fry.
  4. Spread with coconut sugar and serve.

Wow, again a wow recipe. Now your are giving lots of desserts with Paneer. I love this one too but a bit scared when it comes to deep frying.
