It is Arabian famous dish make on Eid. I here give it Indian touch with little changes.

Ingredients
- Thin Saviya-1cup
- Sugar -2tbls
- Milk-1/4cup
- Ricotta cheese or corsage cheese
- Condense milk -2tbls
- Desi ghee-1tbls
- Sugar for syrup-3/4 cup
- Water-1cup
- Dry fruit almond pista

Instructions
- Syrup......heat water in heavy bottom pan.Add sugar and boilfor 5-7 minutes. It is not very thick.
- Heat desi ghee add Saviya roast it.add milk and sugar boil till all milk dry not over cook just Saviya tender.leave aside Heat pan,add condense milk and cheese. Fry for a minute if ricotta cheese is used then skip this.
- Now assemble it. grease baking dish with water mix with colour.take half Saviya and press it. Pour ricotta cheese on top. Sprinkle dry fruit on it.cover with other half Saviya
- Bake it for 15-2 minutes or till it become brown on top at 180c
- When cool transfer it into plate.pour sugar syrup on it.turn other side and pour left syrup on it.garnish almond on top serve....
