Kobiraji is a old recipe. It is a favorite recipe of Bengali. It is made by eggs.

Ingredients
- 1 bowl mashed potatoes
- 150 gms minced meat
- 1/2 cup grated coconut
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 2 teaspoon Ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon all ground masala
- Beaten egg
- Bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup tomato puree
- Chopped coriander leaves
- Salt
- Oil for dip fry

Instructions
- Take a frying pan add oil onion paste, garlic paste, ginger paste, salt, chilli powder, tomato puree and minced meat. Mix well and stir continuously. Cover the lid till cook.
- Moist will dehydrated now add all ground masala and chopped coriander leaves.
- Take a ball shaped mashed potatoes and make a well. Fill with cooked minced meat give a oval shape. Warp with beaten egg and coated with bread crumbs. Then dip fry. Again pour beaten egg and wrap. Ready to serve.
