Kiwi fruit is sweet, tangy and fleshy green. It covered with brown skin inside black seeds also edible. It is full of nutrients like vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin K and potassium. They also have antioxidant and good source of fibre. Kiwi is good for asthma and digestion.

  • 1/2 cup kiwi paste
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • Pinch of salt


  • Peel off the skin and make a paste.
  • Whipped the curd with sugar and salt. Mix half of the kiwi paste and again whipped.
  • Pour into the serving glass and remains paste. Serve with kiwi slice.
