I like to experiment with recipe. So I made the snacks which I love.

Ingredients for Kiwi Muffin

  • 200 gms refine flour
  • 50 gms semolina
  • 100 gms Sugar
  • 1 tsp Backing powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup Kiwi paste
  • Milk as required
  • 50 gms butter

How to cook Kiwi Muffin

  1. Make a smooth batter with sugar and butter then slowly add 2 tsp refine flour. Again blend slowly add milk.
  2. Then slowly add refine flour baking powder, cut and fold. Then kiwi paste and vanilla essence.
  3. Oven should be preheated before at 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes
  4. Brush all muffin cup with butter and pour the mixture batter.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes. After baking garnish with fresh kiwi slice.
