Kiwi Blueberry Smoothie

Smoothie is thick beverage that is made with fresh fruits ,curd, honey, ice cubs . It is milk-shake like thickness. Sometimes we can add oats, soya milk, milk powder, green tea in smoothie to make it healthy.

  • 2 kiwi
  • 2 banana
  • 1 cup curd
  • 5 tsp sugar or honey as required
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


  • First,peel and chop kiwi and banana.
  • In a blender, Add sugar, kiwi, banana and blueberry and blend well.
  • Add yogurt and essence and blend it.
  • Add crush ice and blend it
  • Pour in glass and serve chilled.
