  • 2 cup Kheel 2 Cups kheel
  • 2 large Potato boiled nos
  • 1 tbsp Green Chillies chopped or taste
  • 1 leaves Coriander chopped
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 2 tbsp Onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Corn Flour or coating for coating
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs or coating or as required for coating
  • Oil for frying


  • Clean and soak the kheel for 5 minutes then drain the excess water.

  • Combine mashed potato, kheel, salt, red chili powder, lemon juice, chopped onion, green chili, coriander, and garam masala powder.
  • .Divide the mixture into equal portion and shape each into round, flat.
  • Combine cornflour with sufficient water to make a smooth and thick slurry.
  • Dip tikkies in the slurry and coat in the bread crumbs. deep fry in hot oil on medium heat till golden and crisp.
  • Drain on absorbent paper.
  • Serve hot with green chutney.
