Kiwis are a nutrient dense food, high in nutrients and low in calories. The possible health benefits of consuming kiwis include maintaining a healthy skin tone and texture, it also reduces blood pressure and prevents heart disease and strokes.
Kiwi fruit 3 chopped and pulsed
Lemon juice 1
Saffron strands, 5-6 soaked in warm water
1 kiwi to garnish
Sugar 4-5 spoons
Start by making the sugar syrup, prepare this by adding water to sugar. Once it comes to boil add in the saffron. Peel and cut the kiwi and pulse it in a mixer.
Add kiwi pulp to the sugar syrup, then add lemon juice in it. Keep stirring it for about 5 minutes. Remove from the flame and let it cool.
Take the popsicles, put the chopped kiwi pieces first into the popsicles. Pour the cooled kiwi pulp and close the lid. Deep Freeze them for about 5-6 hours.
After this time, serve it to enjoy and beat the heat.
