About Kharcha Mithai / Milk Mohan

Milk Mohan or Milk Flower or traditional name kharcha mithai is a sweet dish which is mostly made in Lucknow or Faizabad side area. It is made by making small balls of maida and coating them with dry fruits and sugar and then adding them to the milk. I often make this recipe at home because everyone loved eating sweet dishes. White flour is mixed with ilaichi and then fried in a pan like halwa, then small balls of it are made, which are then fried in ghee to make it taste better.
