Ketogenic diet means low carb high fat and moderate protein. This is a simple salad recipe without cooking. Only you have to choose the ingredients. I used cucumber, tomato, sour kiwi and mayonnaise.
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp black pepper
Rock salt to taste
Slice the cucumber, tomato and kiwi.
Take a serving plate arrange the them layer by layer.
Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, mayonnaise,, salt and sprinkle with dried basil.
Mayonnaise made by egg and coconut oil which are perfect for me to diet.
