About Keto Salad
Ketogenic diet means low carb high fat and moderate protein. This is a simple salad recipe without cooking. Only you have to choose the ingredients. I used cucumber, tomato, sour kiwi and mayonnaise.

Ingredients
- 1 Cucumber
- 2 to Tomato
- 1 Kiwi
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Basil dried
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- to Salt rock

Instructions
- Slice the cucumber, tomato and kiwi.
- Take a serving plate arrange the them layer by layer.
- Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, mayonnaise,, salt and sprinkle with dried basil.
Recipe Notes
Mayonnaise made by egg and coconut oil which are perfect for me to diet.
