Ketogenic diet means low carb high fat and moderate protein. This is a simple salad recipe without cooking. Only you have to choose the ingredients. I used cucumber, tomato, sour kiwi and mayonnaise.

  • 1 Cucumber
  • 2 to Tomato
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Basil dried
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • to Salt rock


  • Slice the cucumber, tomato and kiwi.
  • Take a serving plate arrange the them layer by layer.
  • Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, mayonnaise,, salt and sprinkle with dried basil.

Recipe Notes

Mayonnaise made by egg and coconut oil which are perfect for me to diet.
