About Keto Kalakand (Step by Step Photos)
On the occasion of Ganesha Chaturthi, I offered Kalakand dessert to Lord Ganesha. Most people make various types of sweet dishes for this festival. However, some people follow a keto diet, and some prefer sugar-free desserts. The keto diet is characterized by high fat, moderate protein, and low carbohydrate intake, avoiding sweets, carbohydrates, and grains. This kalakand recipe is designed for those following a keto diet. Those who are not on any diet can add sugar according to their taste. This is a sugar-free recipe made with coconut flour, almond flour, butter, coconut cream, vanilla extract, and pistachios.
