This is a sugar-free recipe made with coconut flour, almond flour, butter, coconut cream, vanilla extract, and pistachios. It can also be kept in the fridge for a week or two.

  • Take a medium sized cauliflower wash with boiling water and grate the cauliflower. Boil then strain the water and keep separate.

  • Take a frying pan add butter, mashed cauliflower, coconut flour and almond flour.

  • Mix gently and stir continuously until cook. Then add vanilla extract and coconut cream. Again mix properly.

  • Now take any mold brush with butter then spread chopped pistachio and fill with cauliflower dessert.

  • After 10 minutes you can check whether it is set or not.
