- Beat the egg until slightly frothy. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add butter in a hot frying pan.
- Pour the egg mixture and let it cook until it is easy to flip and has turned brown. Adjust the flame until cooked. Add chopped capsicum.
- Add shredded cheese.
- Fold and serve immediately.
